Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how registrations, cancellations, and refunds work for The Freedom Workshop.
01Registration
When you register and pay for a seat in The Freedom Workshop, your spot is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Seats are limited, and confirmation is sent to the email address you register with, along with joining details for the live session.
02Cancellations by you
If you're unable to attend after registering, you may cancel your seat under the terms below. Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing at the email address at the bottom of this page, along with the email and name used at registration.

03Rescheduling by us
If we need to reschedule or cancel a session — due to low enrollment, technical issues, or other circumstances — you'll be notified by email and offered either a seat in the next available session or a full refund, your choice.
04How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the amount.
- We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different account or payment method than the one used to pay.
Note: If you purchase any add-on program, coaching, or bonus material bundled with the workshop, that item may carry its own refund terms, which will be shared with you at the time of purchase.
05Non-refundable circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You attended part or all of the session and are dissatisfied with the content.
- You registered using incorrect contact details and missed the joining link as a result.
- The cancellation request is made after the workshop has taken place.
- You are found to be misusing, recording, or redistributing workshop content without permission.
06Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents you from joining or completing the live session (such as the platform being unavailable), let us know as soon as possible. We'll offer a seat at the next session or a full refund.
07How to request a cancellation or refund
- Email us using the address below with the subject line "Cancellation Request".
- Include your full name, registered email address, and reason for cancellation.
- We'll confirm receipt and the outcome within 2–3 business days.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Any changes will apply to registrations made after the update.
