These terms govern your access to and use of The Freedom Workshop website and live sessions. By registering or attending, you agree to them.

01Acceptance of terms

By visiting this website, registering for The Freedom Workshop, or attending a live session, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the site.

02Who can register

The Freedom Workshop is intended for founders, operators, and decision-makers of service or coaching businesses who are at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this description and that the information you provide is accurate.

03Nature of the workshop

The Freedom Workshop is an educational, business-strategy session led by Aditya Khatvakar. It is delivered live, typically over Zoom, and covers frameworks, exercises, and guidance related to productizing and systematizing a service business.

The workshop is educational in nature. It is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice specific to your business, and you remain responsible for decisions you make based on it.

04Payment and pricing

• Where the workshop is paid, the price shown at the time of registration is the price you pay, inclusive of any taxes stated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (such as Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank details.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future sessions at any time; changes will not affect a session you've already paid for.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05Your conduct

When attending the live session, you agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward the host and other attendees.
• Not disrupt the session, share inappropriate content, or use it for unrelated solicitation.
• Not attempt to resell, sublicense, or share your access with anyone who has not registered.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from a session for conduct that violates these terms, without refund.

06Intellectual property

All content delivered in the workshop — including frameworks, slides, worksheets, diagrams, and spoken material — is the intellectual property of Aditya Khatvakar / The Freedom Workshop, unless otherwise stated. Registering for the workshop gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own business. You may not reproduce, republish, teach, or resell this material without our prior written consent.

07Recording and content use

The live session may be recorded for internal use, replay access, or future marketing. By attending, you consent to being included in any recording, unless you notify us in advance and disable your camera/name as instructed. You may not create your own recording, screenshots, or redistribution of the session without our permission.

08No guarantee of results

The frameworks and strategies shared in the workshop have worked for other businesses, but individual results depend on many factors, including your effort, market, team, and implementation. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue increase, profit margin, or number of hours reclaimed as a result of attending.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aditya Khatvakar and The Freedom Workshop are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at the workshop, including business decisions made based on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the workshop is limited to the amount you paid to attend it.

10Third-party platforms

The workshop may be delivered using third-party platforms (such as Zoom) and payment processors (such as Razorpay). We are not responsible for outages, bugs, or policies of these third-party services, though we'll do our best to help resolve any access issues they cause.

11Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.

12Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, transfers, and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.

13Changes to the workshop or terms

We may update the workshop's format, content, schedule, or these terms at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or registration after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14Termination of access

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the workshop for anyone who violates these terms, engages in abusive conduct, or misuses workshop content, without refund where applicable.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the workshop will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over our place of business.
